This directory contains all Open[GS]FX downloads the are used in the Windows
installer. The version number is the lowest (stable) version of OpenTTD that
supports the version of the GFX/SFX set.

If an update of OpenGFX/OpenSFX would make a version unloadable in older
versions the old file will stay and a new file for the newer versions is
created (and the installer is updated to use the newer file).

The files in this directory are symlinks to files in the 'real' directory.
