summary: SUPDUP: TDCRL operation should clear the new terminal line
class: bug: This is clearly an actual problem we want fixed.

Multiple users of PuTTY's SUPDUP backend reported display corruption when using it to talk to real ITS systems.

This turned out to be because the TDCRL operation in the SUPDUP spec is supposed to move the cursor to a new line and clear that line, but in fact it was moving the cursor without clearing anything, so the previous contents of the line were left on the screen.
